My Buy Mattress Be Happy Checklist

Nothing worse than buying the wrong mattress. Or feeling like you got ripped off.

My How to Buy A Mattress checklist will help you make a good decision so you're happy with what you sleep on every night.

In addition, aside from buying a house or car, buying a new mattress has to be one of the most stressful, frustrating experiences there is. Stepping foot in a mattress store is no better than dealing with a used car salesperson. What a headache!

That's why I wrote this nine-page checklist of things to keep in mind. Armed with the ideas and warnings I give you, you'll be in a much better position of buying a mattress you'll be happy with for years to come.

What is the best mattress company online?

My own Serta king mattress is now over seven years old. It just doesn't have the support my bones need anymore.

After my hours and hours of research, would you like to know what mattress I intend to buy in the coming months?

A king Saatva.

Yes, I am going to buy a Saatva mattress. I have had several contacts with Ron Rudzin, the CEO of the company. Great guy. Great company.

Saatva is the largest exclusively online mattress company in America. You can get a luxury mattress at a great discount price. Why overpay for luxury?

And Saatva offers a rare 30-day mattress try out period. If you don't like it, send it back. What's not to like about that?

You might also like to know that Saatva was the best reviewed online mattress in 2012. So on this Independence Day weekend, you can hassle with tromping off to a store and listening to a lot of mumbo jumbo.

Or just go to Saatva and get what I think is the best mattress in America. Click here to visit Saatva.

What's coming up in Sleep Chat

I've been studying weight loss recently. What a mess. A lot of B.S. out there. So I'll first send you an email about how sleep affects weight.

I'll also be discussing the potential dangers of belly fat.

And I'll send out the ezine I promised on the side effects of sleep apnea. It annoys me that more doctors are not spotting sleep apnea in their patients and savings their lives. One of my relatives had sleep apnea and it contributed to his death.

I also want to challenge you with some health myths. Fun stuff to know.

Until then, I'm outta' here.

Life is an adventure. Keep exploring.
